As your Loan Consultant, Cinthia's job is to educate you on how the loan process works, explain to you the different loan programs and collectively decide which program and interest rate best suits your needs. This assistance will be based on tracking the financial markets. She will be your point of contact throughout the transaction.

Processor
Cassie will package, process and submit your loan for approval. She is in constant communication with the lender and ensures that they receive all of the information and documentation required to process your loan.
Wendy Zarate
Transaction Coordinator
Wendy will oversee your loan and help coordinate all of the parties involved in your purchase. She will be in contact with you for any additional documentation needed to satisfy investor conditions in order to complete your loan.
